We give thanks again for God’s provision for us at CCM. In recent months we’ve said farewell to Laila Suriaga, one of the house mothers. (see page 3) We thank God for her faithful service. God has kindly provided us with a new housemother, Trina Villanueva.
We thank God for Cedric Boquerin’s service as Sponsor Relations Officer for about 5 years. He’s been a huge help to the Community in correspondence between our recipients and supporters. We’re thankful that Prince Fajardo, a member of Cubao Reformed Baptist Church has taken over this important role.
We are also thankful that Irish Oliveras has joined the Community team, working as a Social Worker. She currently handles a huge number of recipients from the communities. We hope she will be a living testimony of God’s goodness towards our children and their families.
Thank you for your prayers for the CCM team. In June, they enjoyed a short retreat and the fellowship and encouragement was enjoyed by everyone. Pray that they would fulfil the roles God has given them with much love, patience and wisdom, and that the children may see their integrity and compassion. Above all, we pray that God’s name would be glorified in CCM.
