On May 17th the CCM Homes celebrated Mother’s Day with great enthusiasm. This special day was a special opportunity to express gratitude to the housemothers who selflessly serve as mothers to the children. It was also an opportunity to thank God for the gift of motherhood.
The devotion, led by Lowey Artaste, was a beautiful reminder of the biblical teachings that highlight the role of mothers and their impact on society.
The boys and girls both showed their appreciation for their housemothers, giving them flowers and singing songs.
They had hand-written letters of thanksgiving to their housemothers, expressing their deep gratitude and acknowledging the selfless dedication of their housemothers, who have become their pillars of strength and sources of inspiration.
The children and housemothers enjoyed posing for pictures which captured the warmth and happiness that radiated from their faces.
We thank God for the deep bonds between the children and the women who care for them.
At the end of the special day, the children and staff carried the spirit of gratitude and love in their hearts, ready to continue their journey with appreciation for the extraordinary individuals who serve as mothers in the CCM Homes.
Please pray that the housemothers may continue to be good role models to the children as responsible and godly servants of the Lord. May He grant them more wisdom and patience as they lovingly raise the children in their care.
