At the end of 2020, the CCM Homes organized various trips to distribute groceries and cash gifts to the families of our children in Paranaque City and Mandaluyong City. The parents were very thankful for the kindness and generosity they received from CCM.
We are glad to have the opportunity to share our blessings with these families who have been greatly affected by the lockdown and pandemic over the past months.
The children in the homes continue with their blended learning – both studying online classes, and completing weekly modules. The housemothers and staff help to assist them with these activities.
We are thankful that the children and staff have remained healthy. Please continue to pray for their preservation. There appears to be a second wave of COVID-19 in the country, and the number of infected people is again continuing to rise:

Please also pray for the children as they continue to attend their online lessons and for the staff as they take care, guide and supervise the children and encourage them in their development and well being.
Please pray for the mental health of our children as they often experience pressure and stress from the academic deadlines and as they adjust to the ‘new normal’ way of learning. May we guide them to look to God as their strength in times of crisis.
We pray that as staff we may be instruments of God’s grace and love as we share and show the gospel of Christ to these children, and above all, be used for God’s glory.
